William Bisset, PE, LEED AP, CEM
President/Lead Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Bisset is a licensed mechanical engineer in California and Nevada, boasting over 30 years of experience in the consulting engineering and design-build contracting sectors. His expertise spans energy efficiency projects, which include engineering, design, project management, construction management, and the commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
With over 20 years of experience as a project manager, Mr. Bisset has successfully overseen the construction of educational, manufacturing, industrial, institutional, and commercial facilities, implementing HVAC energy efficiency measures throughout.
He excels at selecting and motivating design teams to achieve successful project outcomes. His comprehensive experience in multidisciplinary engineering and architecture allows him to collaborate effectively across different disciplines, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to project budgets and schedules.

Mr. Bisset's engineering and design experience encompasses tasks such as identifying and evaluating energy efficiency projects, developing conceptual designs, conducting field investigations, generating as-built documentation, troubleshooting mechanical systems, engineering and designing new and retrofit mechanical systems, developing piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), and designing controls for HVAC and other mechanical systems.

Mrs. Jo McKean is an Australian-educated mechanical engineer with extensive experience in engineering and designing Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants. She is well-versed in the design of both above and below-ground fuel storage systems, as well as fire protection systems. Additionally, she has hands-on experience with designing, installing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
Mrs. McKean excels in project management and leads teams of designers and engineers to complete projects efficiently and systematically. Her mature experience in interdisciplinary engineering and her practical knowledge of installing and maintaining mechanical systems enable her to understand the complexities of mechanical systems and the requirements for successful installations.
